This kit contains enough materials for you to cover approx 2 bars of soap using wool fibre.
Note: This kit does NOT include a bar of soap – your favourite soap should be purchased separately, or why not add in a bar of my favourite using the drop down menu.

So why make a felted soap bar?
Wool is naturally antimicrobial / antibacterial and is the perfect thing to encase a bar of soap with.
The soap will firstly, last much longer than normal with the added benefit of no sludgy residue. Secondly it gives a lovely washing surface with gentle exfoliation. And thirdly they look so pretty.

If I had bought this for myself it would have been fine, but it was a gift and I was a bit disappointed that the soap box wasn't in great condition. I also thought it might be presented more like it was part of the kit.

This is a gift but I am sure that the recipient will enjoy making the felted soap. She has been given a completed one in the past and was intrigued about how felted soaps are made. Prompt delivery, thanks.
